All of our properties are checked by qualified professionals and come with all the necessary documentation and certificates. 

Flats are let on a 'first deposit secures' basis and we do not 'hold' properties for proposed tenants without a deposit.

One months rent is required in advance and one months deposit.

Any problems or issues that may arise with a property will be addressed within 48hrs or immediately should it be an emergency situation.

All of our properties are non - smoking due to insurance limitations and we do not allow pets of any description.

Deposits are held within the government deposit scheme and will be returned at the end of the tenancy after a final inspection of the property and the return of the keys.

Proof of sustainable income will be required.
